Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Maryland

Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation:
$100,000 - $110,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop therapy plans.
• Facilitate therapy sessions tailored to individuals, couples, and families.
• Modify treatment plans as needed to align with client progress.
• Keep detailed, confidential records of sessions and client outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing learning and professional growth activities.

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a similar discipline.
• Maryland LMFT licensure in good standing.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills.
