Location: Washington
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 + Full Benefits

About the Role:
We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide targeted support to individuals, couples, and families seeking emotional stability and better communication. This role offers a predictable weekday schedule and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions using a goal-oriented approach
• Develop and revise individualized treatment plans
• Address relational challenges and promote emotional wellness
• Maintain client documentation and follow confidentiality standards
• Work closely with other mental health professionals

• Active LMFT license in Washington (Required)
• Master’s degree in MFT or a related behavioral health field
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic models and interventions
• Organized and efficient with time and caseload management
• Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience preferred
