Location: Woodbridge, NJ
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 per year

Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families. In this role, you will focus on thorough assessments, clear treatment plans, and consistent follow-up, helping clients address relationship stress, anxiety, mood concerns, and life transitions from the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and make clinical recommendations.
• Develop clear, goal-focused treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Document sessions, progress notes, and treatment updates in the EHR in a timely manner.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Coordinate care with primary care providers, psychiatrists, and other supports when appropriate.
• Maintain appropriate boundaries, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical and state guidelines.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field.
• Current LMFT license in New Jersey (required).
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Strong skills in communication, documentation, and treatment planning.

• Annual salary: $115,000–$120,000.
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
