Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 per year

Job Summary
A growing behavioral health organization is looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join its remote outpatient team. You will provide scheduled video sessions, support clients through complex family and relationship issues, and use evidence-based interventions to help clients make steady progress toward their goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled video sessions for adults, couples, and families.
• Assess presenting concerns, risk factors, and support systems.
• Develop and update treatment plans that are specific, realistic, and time-bound.
• Enter progress notes and required documentation promptly in the EHR.
• Use interventions such as CBT, solution-focused approaches, and family systems techniques.
• Provide referrals or coordinate care when additional services are needed.
• Maintain compliance with state laws, licensing board rules, and organizational policies.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field.
• Current LMFT license in New Jersey (required).
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Strong skills in communication, documentation, and treatment planning.

• Annual salary: $115,000–$120,000.
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
