Location: Trenton, NJ
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 per year

Job Summary
We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is comfortable working in a structured telehealth environment. In this position, you will provide regular therapy sessions, support clients with practical tools for navigating relationships and mental health, and maintain clear, concise documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
• Conduct intake interviews and formulate diagnostic impressions.
• Collaborate with clients to outline treatment goals and review them regularly.
• Document session content, interventions, and progress according to policy.
• Offer crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary.
• Communicate with internal team members about client needs and care coordination.
• Participate in scheduled team meetings and required compliance trainings.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field.
• Current LMFT license in New Jersey (required).
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Strong skills in communication, documentation, and treatment planning.

• Annual salary: $115,000–$120,000.
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
