Marriage and Family Therapist – Full-Time Role in California

Our care team is expanding, and we’re excited to welcome a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Those with experience in therapeutic models like strategic, structural family, systems, or narrative therapy are encouraged to apply.

Position Details:

• Work hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Full-time opportunity.

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually, with full benefits included.

Responsibilities Include:

• Evaluate client symptoms and diagnose mood disorders.
• Design treatment plans tailored to client goals and needs.
• Educate clients and families about mental health conditions and available treatment options.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with ethical standards.
• Actively participate in team consultations and training opportunities.
• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs and promote awareness.

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active California state license.
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Proven ability to foster trust and connection in therapeutic relationships.
