Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Wanted – California

We are looking for a talented Marriage and Family Therapist to enhance our care services. Knowledge in structural family, narrative, systems, transgenerational, or strategic therapy is highly valued.

Schedule Overview:

• Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Full-time opportunity.

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually, with full benefits included.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and document client symptoms related to mood disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Educate families and clients about mental health conditions and therapies.
• Track and revise treatment plans based on client progress.
• Maintain up-to-date, confidential documentation.
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and case reviews.
• Advocate for mental health needs and combat stigma.

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active California state license.
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Proven ability to foster trust and connection in therapeutic relationships.
