Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – Full-Time Opportunity in California

We are expanding our care team and seeking a dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist. Candidates with expertise in therapeutic approaches like systems, narrative, structural family, or communication therapy are encouraged to apply.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Full-time position available.

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually, with full benefits included.

Your Role Will Include:

• Conducting assessments to identify mood disorder symptoms.
• Collaborating with clients to establish tailored treatment plans.
• Offering education and support to clients and families regarding mental health conditions.
• Adjusting treatment plans as needed and tracking progress over time.
• Keeping precise, confidential documentation in compliance with standards.
• Participating in team meetings, case reviews, and development opportunities.
• Advocating for mental health awareness and reducing stigma.

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active California state license.
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Proven ability to foster trust and connection in therapeutic relationships.
