Location: Hayward, CA

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $110,000–$125,000 per year, plus health insurance and full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Role Overview

This role focuses on providing consistent, structured therapy services to individuals, couples, and families within a community clinic setting. Your work supports long-term stability, improved functioning, and practical mental health outcomes for a diverse client population.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and couples therapy sessions
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes in the EHR
• Coordinate care with medical providers and case managers
• Participate in team meetings and clinical consultations

• Active California LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
• Experience in outpatient or community mental health settings
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload independently
