Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, with full benefits.

Your Role:

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions to clients of all backgrounds, addressing a range of emotional challenges.
• Assess client needs and develop treatment plans rooted in proven therapeutic practices.
• Support clients in managing mental health concerns, including addiction recovery.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of sessions and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with a skilled team to refine therapeutic approaches.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Licensed as an LMFT in your practicing state.
• Prior experience in clinical settings.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
