We are currently seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who is passionate about health and wellness, skilled in therapeutic techniques, and dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences.

Job Summary:

As a Licensed Massage Therapist at The Hillside Boutique Hotel, you will provide a variety of massage and body treatments tailored to guests’ individual needs. You will work in a tranquil environment, delivering therapeutic services that promote relaxation, healing, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional massage therapy services including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and hot stone (as qualified)
   
• Customize treatments based on client needs, preferences, and contraindications
   
• Maintain detailed client records and treatment notes
   
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms before and after each service
   
• Provide a welcoming and relaxing environment for all spa guests
   
• Educate guests on aftercare, wellness practices, and recommended spa services
   
• Follow all spa protocols, state regulations, and safety procedures
   
• Support overall spa operations and assist with linen care and inventory when needed
   

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Current Texas state license in Massage Therapy (LMT)
   
• Minimum 1 year of massage therapy experience preferred (new grads welcome with appropriate licensure)
   
• Ability to perform a variety of massage modalities
   
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
   
• Professional demeanor and a passion for guest wellness
   
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
