Position Overview


As a Massage Therapist, you will provide customized massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in a variety of modalities while continuing to grow professionally in a nurturing environment.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform professional massage therapy services including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and other techniques (additional modalities are a plus).



  • Listen to clients’ concerns and recommend individualized treatment plans.



  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment room.



  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.



  • Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.



  • Maintain accurate client records as required.



  • Participate in team meetings and occasional spa events (optional).

Qualifications



  • Must hold an active, valid Massage Therapy License in Arkansas.



  • Strong knowledge of massage techniques and an understanding of contraindications.



  • Ability to develop customized massage treatment plans based on client needs.



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to client care.



  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



  • CPR certification (preferred but not required).






Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
