Licensed Massage Therapist

Work Right is growing! We’re looking for a part time driven, compassionate, and proactive Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team in an industrial setting, where you’ll make a direct impact helping workers stay healthy, safe, and injury-free on the job.

Pay, Shift & Location:
$50 per hour
Cambridge, MA &  Marlborough, MA
2 locations - 4 hours every other week Marlborough, MA and 4 hours every week in Cambridge, MA, exact shift details and mileage reimbursement to be discussed during interview.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist you will:

• Provide on-site therapeutic and preventative massage care for industrial workers
• Support early intervention and recovery for muscle tension, overuse, and discomfort
• Schedule and deliver short, targeted sessions focused on relief, mobility, and recovery
• Collaborate with Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapists, and safety teams as part of an
integrated care model
• Contribute to wellness initiatives that support injury prevention and overall worker well-
being
• Utilize technology and documentation tools to support consistent, high-quality care

What We’re Looking For
• Licensed Massage Therapist in good standing
• Comfortable working independently in a professional, industrial environment
• Strong communication skills and a warm, approachable presence
• Ability to adapt to different client needs and worksite settings
• Passion for helping people feel their best at work

Requirements:

• Licensed as a Massage Therapist
  CPR Certification preferred
