Job Description - Licensed Massage Therapist

Location: Johnstown, Colorado
Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Compensation: 50% commission + Tips

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. The ideal candidate is licensed, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities

Perform a variety of therapeutic massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, etc.)
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments
Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and well-prepared
Uphold professional and ethical standards at all times
Promote services and encourage client retention

Qualifications

Active state massage therapy license (required)
Certification from an accredited massage therapy program
Liability insurance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and/or weekends
Previous experience preferred but not required
