Licensed Master Social Worker / Therapist 

Job Description 

As a Licensed Master Social Worker / Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, mental status exams, writing treatment plans, providing counseling, and completing discharges under the supervision of a LCSW, BHP. 

As a Licensed Master Social Worker / Therapist, you will provide direct care services in the office, community, and or virtually using Zoom or comparable telehealth systems. You will work under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), BHP and as part of a clinical team. 

You will be responsible for counseling, coaching, and consulting with clients to promote recovery and self-direction and facilitate wellness management and recovery strategies. In addition, you will assist clients in accessing additional services as needed. 

Skills / Requirements

• Genuine desire to help people REQUIRED


• Basic Computer and Mobile Device Operational Skills


• Must have a working computer and internet connection if working remotely


• Effective Digital and Verbal Communication Skills
  


• LMSW License


• CPR / First Aid


• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance

Job Duties, but not limited to:

• Conducting Mental Health Exams, Intake Assessments and Discharges


• Provide Individual and Group Therapy


• Creating and Updating Treatment Plans 


• Assist individuals with locating and obtaining community resources


• Advocate on behalf of individuals with people, agencies, or organizations to help


• Complete documentation using an electronic health record system (EHR) 


• Any and all duties assigned. 

Job Type: Contract, Full-time or Part-time      

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour                                                                                                

Schedule: PRN, 4 or 8-hour day, evening and weekend shifts available.
