Licensed Medicare Agents

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medicare Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who excel at sales and are looking to boost their career with substantial earning potential, including a base rate plus commission. Our agents have the potential to earn over $100,000 annually through commission. Its hourly plus commission

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily outbound calls to potential clients using leads provided by the company.
• Utilize our CRM system to manage and track client interactions and sales.
• Educate clients on the benefits of our Medicare plans and assist them in choosing the best options for their needs.
• Meet and strive to exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare regulations and offerings.
• Must be able to work 9-6pm Est

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid 02-40 or 02-15 license & AHIP
• Must have experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred but not required.
