Licensed Mental Health Clinician

*Cyti Psychological is currently hiring Full-Time, In-office professionals licensed in California as Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Professional Counselors (LPCC), or Psychologists (PsyD). Additionally, we are looking for Licensed Mental Health Therapists with at least 1 to 3 years of experience.*

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

* Provide in-person for Children, Individual, Family, and/or Couples with the flexibility to define preferred modalities and populations.
* Prior experience in therapy for children is essential.

* Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatments of DSM V mental health disorders using our HIPAA-compliant platform.
* Maintain accurate clinical records on our secure platform, adhering to standards of care and licensing requirements.
* Some administrative duties may be required.

Compensation:

* Competitive annual pay salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, determined by degree level, client contact modality, years of licensed experience, and additional certifications/experience.

* Performance based bonus.
* We offer full-time, part-time, and in-person job types.

Education and Experience:

* California Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Registered Psychologist).
* Master's or Doctoral degree.
* Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
* Experience working with various client populations, including children, teens, adults, and the elderly.
* Knowledge of and experience with specialized populations and issues.
* Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to use a telehealth platform via internet connectivity (if remote becomes available).
* Enrollment in CAQH is required.
