Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) Role – California

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Work Setting:

• Fully remote
• Virtual telehealth sessions

Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 per year, including an attractive benefits package

Core Duties:

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs
• Design individualized treatment plans based on client goals
• Deliver virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
• Stay informed about the latest therapeutic practices

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology
• Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience
