Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) – California

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually, plus an excellent benefits package

Your Role Includes:

• Conducting initial assessments to determine client needs and goals
• Creating tailored treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices
• Offering virtual individual therapy sessions to adult clients
• Maintaining professional development to stay current in the field

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology
• Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience
