Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Location: Lafayette, IN
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Support clients across Indiana from your home office through structured telehealth sessions. You’ll focus on clear assessment, practical interventions, and regular check-ins that keep clients moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and follow-up sessions via video
• Identify diagnoses and document clinical impressions
• Build treatment plans with specific, agreed-upon goals
• Keep all clinical notes current and complete
• Participate in remote clinical team meetings for shared learning
• Offer guidance to support staff on clinical needs when necessary

• Active Indiana license: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a relevant mental health field
• Experience providing therapy to adults and/or teens
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with telehealth platforms
