Position Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Provide focused counseling services addressing a range of mental health needs
• Collaborate with care teams to refine treatment plans
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation
• Develop individualized care strategies with meaningful outcomes
• Participate in community initiatives to strengthen local connections

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Active Pennsylvania license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW
• Minimum of two years’ clinical experience
