Full-time/Part-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor Needed (Virtual)

Salary Range:

• $115k to $130k per year (full-time)

Responsibilities:

• We manage the business operations so you can fully focus on providing high-quality care to your clients.
• Cloud based EHR (electronic health records) provided to ensure compliance for all insurance companies, including Medicaid and Medicare.
• We provide a HIPPA compliant platform for telehealth sessions.
• Provide counseling services to patients during their treatment with Empowerment Counseling Services.
• Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions to help identify problems and solutions and maintain client safety and confidentiality.
• Conduct treatment programs to help control symptoms of mental health, trauma, and/or dual diagnosis.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology or related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a LMHC, LMFT, LCSW in the state
• Must have a reliable laptop/desktop with reliable internet and web camera.
• Must have the ability to effectively work Independently on a consistent basis.
• Complete background check.
• Willing to work some weekends/evenings.

Benefits

• Full-Time Counselors in this role can expect to make from $115,000 to $130,000 a year.
• Counselors who work full-time are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend.
• Free use of the platform’s services as a client as long as you remain an active counselor on the platform.
