Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PT)

InnerSourced Solutions has an immediate opening for a part-time, licensed therapist to provide individual and family therapy for adults and adolescents. Intermediate practitioners are welcome to apply, but independently licensed practitioners are preferred. This is a contract, part-time position with full-time potential.  Part-time positions require a minimum of 10 billable hours per week of direct client contact each week. Full-time positions require a minimum of 25 billable hours or direct client contact per week. There is also a possibility for this to be a full-time, W-2 position. Must be available for all in person or remote clinical supervision or consultation. 

NOTE: This is a HYBRID position ~ some sessions may temporarily be provided virtually due to Covid 19 through 2025 pursuant to current COMAR regulations. Applicants MUST have transportation and be able and willing to provide face to face sessions in the home, office or community if the client needs and desires.

Your Responsibilities 

• Schedule appointments with clients according to program standards
  

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs


• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings


• Provide weekly individual and/or family sessions to clients using various therapeutic modalities


• Provide complete and timely documentation to support services rendered in our HIPAA-compliant, cloud-based EMR system. 


• Effectively communicate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a timely and respectful manner
  


• Uphold with high regard, the confidentiality of clients and follow all HIPPA guidelines


• Strict adherence to COMAR and CARF standards both in practice and in documentation

Requirements:

• Master's in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy) or Doctorate in Psychology


• Active License to practice independently in the State of Maryland as a LSCW-C, LPC, LCMFT, or psychologist
  


• Active Intermediate to practice in the State of Maryland as LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT 


• Must provide pdf of Maryland CAQH profile/application


• Active Malpractice Insurance


• Active First Aid and CPR.


• Must pass criminal and child protective services background checks


• Possess an active Maryland driver’s license & reliable personal vehicle
