Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 base + commission (up to 60%)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) in Colorado who thrives in flexible, forward-thinking environments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and build individualized treatment plans

• Provide outpatient behavioral health care in a hybrid setting (telehealth, office, and in-home sessions)

• Deliver evidence-based interventions while experimenting with new, creative approaches

• Maintain timely, compliant, and accurate documentation

• Collaborate with a mission-driven team in a fun, laid-back environment

• Stay current with industry best practices and contribute to the company’s culture of continuous evolution

Accepted Licenses

• LCSW – Licensed Clinical Social Worker

• LPC – Licensed Professional Counselor

• LMFT – Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

• Licensed Psychologist – PsyD or PhD
  (Must be licensed and in good standing in the State of Colorado)

Compensation & Commission

• Base Salary: $75,000–$90,000 (dependent on caseload and productivity)

• Commission Tiers:

  • 55% to start

  • 57% after 6 months

  • 60% after 12 months

• Sign-On Bonus: $1,500

• Model: Payment made when Lokiten is reimbursed (primarily Medicaid-based billing)

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed and experienced in clinical therapy

• Skilled in working with diverse populations, particularly Medicaid clients

• Comfortable with clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment plans

• Bonus: Willing to work with children and/or bring an existing caseload

• Ethical, proactive, and passionate about pushing the boundaries of mental health care
