Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Full job description

This is a FFS (fee-for-service) opportunity, total compensation will depend on therapist availability and caseload management. Ideally, a caseload can range from 2-5 patients daily.

Caring Hands Behavioral Health Center is proudly serving the Harwood Community and beyond. We support children, adolescents, adults, and older adults address mental health and substance use problems and improve their quality of life, all within a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic client care.


• Commit to ongoing professional development in mental health trends.

Requirements:

• Master's in Social Work (LCSW-C or LMSW), Professional Counseling (LCPC or LGPC).


• Active state licensure.


• Prior experience with diverse age groups in therapy.


• Proficiency in remote therapy technology.
