Dayton, OH | Full-Time | Hybrid

Join an outpatient behavioral health practice focused on helping individuals struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, and related concerns. The clinician will provide individual therapy, develop treatment plans, participate in collaborative care, and use evidence-based approaches to support positive patient outcomes.

This is a full-time, salaried role working mostly on-site with some work from home availability. The caseload expectation is 27-30 clients per week. 

Employer health insurance is not offered at this time but there is a company paid monthly health insurance stipend of $500-$1000 for full-time clinicians. The salary range for this role is based on experience and skill set from $65,000-$95,000. 

Qualifications

• Ohio licensure as a Psychologist, LSW/LISW, LPC/LPCC, or IMFT


• Experience treating anxiety, OCD, depression, or related conditions


• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills


• Outpatient behavioral health experience preferred


• Interest in facilitating therapy groups is a plus
