Role Overview:

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
• Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, with excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering with clients to create actionable treatment goals.
• Providing therapy services focused on prevention and wellness.
• Ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care.
• Maintaining a full and meaningful caseload.

• Master’s or doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, or related fields.
• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.
