Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans to support client progress.
• Work closely with other healthcare providers for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation.
• Manage a consistent caseload effectively.

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Arizona.
• Experience in evidence-based therapy approaches and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and a commitment to continued learning.
