Position Summary
We are hiring licensed therapists to offer remote teletherapy services to clients across Pennsylvania. This full-time opportunity allows you to make an impact from a home-based setting while benefiting from full administrative support and access to peer resources. Whether you specialize in trauma, relationships, anxiety, or family systems, you’ll help clients take actionable steps toward wellness.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually
• Includes full medical, dental, and retirement benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy through secure virtual platforms
• Tailor sessions to meet unique client needs
• Coordinate with care teams when appropriate
• Maintain complete, timely documentation

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Active Pennsylvania license: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
