Position Overview:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation:

• Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ mental health needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Educate individuals and families on mental health strategies.
• Work alongside a collaborative care team.
• Stay updated through ongoing training and education.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Active New York State licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC).
• Strong communication and technical skills.
