Citrus Counseling Services (CCS) is a registered non-profit organization that has been providing comprehensive mental health services since 1978. We specialize in supporting young children, at-risk youth, and victims of crime, while also offering individual, couples, and family counseling. What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in clinical assessments, treatment planning, and therapy for clients of all ages and backgrounds. Strong collaboration skills, empathy, and a commitment to client care are essential.

This position requires eligibility for credentialing with insurance providers. Credentialing will begin immediately upon job acceptance to ensure the candidate is paneled by their start date or shortly thereafter.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address client goals.


• Conduct assessments, document progress, and maintain clinical records in accordance with agency policies.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client care and coordinate referrals as needed.


• Consistently meet individual clinical service hour goals.


• Attend and actively participate in required meetings, trainings, and team-building activities.


• Support agency events and community outreach efforts.


• Assist with administrative and organizational tasks as assigned.


• Commit to and contribute to CCS’s Mission, Vision, and Goals.


• Maintain active professional licensure and certifications.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).


• Registered and in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.


• Eligible for Professional and General Liability insurance.


• Experience providing therapy to diverse populations of all ages.


• Knowledge of current behavioral health concepts, treatment methods, and crisis intervention strategies.


• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR).


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
