This role is a strong fit for a clinician who wants the stability of a salaried position, the autonomy to manage their own schedule, and the ability to focus on clinical care without carrying the administrative burden of private practice.

TMH handles the business side of care. You focus on being a therapist.

  • No billing, claims, denials, or collections

  • No on-call responsibilities

  • No crisis assessment responsibilities

  • No IM+CANS

Your salary is not reduced because an individual client cancels or refuses a scheduled session. TMH maintains the referral pipeline and works to keep clinicians' caseloads active.

You will also:

  • Manage your ongoing clinical calendar

  • Complete timely clinical documentation, treatment plans, and discharge documentation

  • Coordinate care with facility staff, healthcare providers, and families when clinically appropriate

  • Participate in clinical consultation and required team meetings

  • Participate in quarterly Senior Wellness/community events

  • Participate in facility programming throughout the year, generally including 2-4 educational workshops annually

You focus on care. TMH handles the infrastructure.

TMH manages:

  • Insurance verification

  • Insurance authorizations

  • Credentialing

  • Billing and claims

  • Denials and billing follow-up

  • Facility contracts and relationships

  • Referral development

  • Assignment of new clients as openings occur

There is no expectation that clinicians market themselves or build their own caseloads.

Prior geriatric behavioral health experience is welcomed but not required.
