What You’ll Do:
As the Administrator, you will be at the helm of a dedicated skilled nursing facility, managing operations with a focus on quality care, regulatory compliance, team development, and financial stewardship. This role is for a leader who can inspire, execute, and drive performance—all while fostering a resident-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Oversee all departments with strong, supportive leadership
• Cultivate a positive environment for staff, residents, and families
• Develop and manage budgets and financial performance
• Champion quality improvement initiatives and resident satisfaction
• Serve as a liaison with corporate leadership, regulatory agencies, and the community

What We’re Looking For:

• Current, active Texas LNFA license required
• Prior experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
• Strong understanding of CMS regulations, reimbursement models, and quality indicators
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A high level of integrity, accountability, and a commitment to excellence
