Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for their large skilled nursing facility in Cincinnati, OH.

This role would suit an experienced licensed nursing home administrator that is passionate about care and has experience of managing medium to large skilled nursing facilities. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality care in line with company and Ohio state regulations. Supporting and developing the well-established team you are leading and ensuring sound financial performance. While working closely with the local community to maintain the relationship in the area.

The Candidate
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience within senior care management and preferably within a skilled nursing facility. Along with having experience of management a large team and care facility as well as experience of managing financial budgets.

The candidate will have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful facility. The position requires a manager who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered and be visible around the facility. While working closely with the local community and the sales team.

Requirements
Experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (Essential).
LNHA qualification for the state of Ohio
5 years management experience within senior care
P&L responsibility
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and state regulations
Experience with or knowledge of ventilators (non-essential)
Access to personal car and a valid driving license (Preferred)

Location
The facility is based on the outskirts of Cincinnati and is commutable from Dayton, Hamilton, Fairfield, Middletown, Mason, Hammond and surrounding areas.

Summary
