Generations at Regency, a 250 Bed, Premier Skilled Nursing Facility in Niles, IL, Seeks a Dynamic, Innovative Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) who thrives on the challenges of a high-acuity facility. We seek someone who has demonstrated measurable results while managing tough situations made tougher by the recent changes in patient populations. The LNHA collaborates with an Assistant Administrator.

Salary range: $150k-$180K, based on experience

Bonus: Exceptional Earning Potential through a Lucrative, Results-driven Bonus Incentive Plan

Requirements

of the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):

• Must be a LNHA in the State of Illinois
• At least 2-3 years as a LNHA in a high acuity facility, preferably one with a respiratory unit
• Quantifiable achievements in previous LNHA position(s)
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proven track record of achieving excellent Quality Measures
