As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at Holden Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center, you will have the resources, support, and autonomy needed to lead a highly respected facility dedicated to excellence in resident care and employee engagement. Our talented team is seeking a compassionate, experienced leader who shares our commitment to quality, service, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of this 123-bed facility, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. You will foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture while supporting both long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation services.
Pay Range: $155,000 - $170,000

Responsibilities
Direct the day-to-day operations of a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
Foster a culture focused on quality care, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Recruit, develop, mentor, and support department leaders and staff.
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and operational performance to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Manage budgets, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
Promote and protect resident rights while maintaining a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, healthcare partners, and the surrounding community.
Qualifications
Current, activeMassachusetts Nursing Home Administrator Licenserequired.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of3 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, reimbursement, compliance requirements, survey processes, and nursing home operations.
Proven leadership, financial management, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and inspire a diverse team.
Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
