Responsibilities

• Drive census, staffing, and culture in close collaboration with ownership

What We're Looking For

• Active Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrator license (LNHA), in good standing
• Multi-year experience as an Administrator
• Demonstrated success with state survey processes and CMS quality measures
• Strong financial and operational acumen: budgets, P&L, staffing, and labor management
• A leadership style grounded in accountability, visibility on the floor, and respect for staff
