Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant - OTA - Full Time

Healthcare Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team at a highly regarded senior living communities on the south side of Fort Wayne, IN. With a 5-Star rating from CMMS, this facility offers multiple levels of care: short term rehabilitation, long-term care, memory care, assisted living and independent residential apartments 

This OTA will work with patients from inpatient and outpatient, addressing their unique therapeutic needs and fostering their physical health, independence, and overall well-being.

· Full-time position at 30 – 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday,

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
