Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI (LSS) is seeking a Licensed or IT Therapist to join our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Team serving Bayfield, Ashland, Iron, Sawyer, and Washburn counties.

Family Centered Treatment is an evidence-based, home-based trauma treatment model focused on strengthening families, promoting stability, and addressing intergenerational trauma. The team provides weekly individual and group supervision, ongoing training, and support toward Level 1 FCT Certification.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct clinical treatment to children and families in their homes and communities


• Maintain a caseload of approximately 3–5 families


• Collaborate with schools, community partners, and support systems


• Complete documentation and treatment planning


• Participate in weekly supervision and team meetings


• Provide rotating caregiver coaching support (1–2 weekends per quarter)


• Work a flexible schedule, including some evening appointments

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field


• Active Wisconsin licensure (LPC, LCSW, or MFT)


• Related practicum or clinical experience


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
