Center for Counseling and Psychotherapy is a thriving outpatient group practice with a brand new office in Portage, MI serving children, adults, couples, and families. We’re currently hiring a experienced fully licensed clinician who wants to do excellent work in a supportive environment.

What you’ll do:

Provide outpatient therapy to children, adults and/or couples based on your preferences and strengths
Complete intakes, treatment planning and other assessments needed to support diagnostic impressions
Deliver care using evidence-based approaches
Coordinate with referral sources and other treatment team members
Maintain timely, high-quality documentation and organization
Participate in staff meetings

What we’re looking for:

Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work with appropriate Michigan licensure
Minimum 2 years of direct clinical care experience
Comfortable working independently while being an engaged, collaborative teammate
Provides affirming care across diverse identities and backgrounds
Experience with couples/marital counseling is a plus (not required)
Professional maturity, strong character, and emotional steadiness
