• Commission: 2% of new premium written — uncapped

• Target: ~$60K new business/month (1 customer/day, avg. 1.25 policies)

• Convert inbound leads and work warm referral channels


• Build relationships with mortgage brokers, lenders, and real estate professionals


• Cross-sell into an existing book of business


• Write personal lines coverage with multiple A-rated carriers, including Citizens

• Active Florida 4-40 or 2-20 license (2-20 preferred)


• 1+ year P&C insurance sales experience (captive or independent)


• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
