Responsibilities
- Develop long-term relationships with our customers as you help them over the years
- Review accounts with customers to advise them and protect their families and assets
- Help protect customers by servicing policies and optimizing coverages
- Serve customers by offering products that will meet their needs
- Provide a positive customer experience that brings in referrals
Job Qualifications
- Insurance experience required, must have Property and Casualty license
- Strong experience in a service/care career – customer service experience required
- Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
- Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
