Now Hiring for an experienced and licensed Pest Control Technician
We are looking for a production-driven, customer service-oriented pest control technician that will work well with our Company Core Values! This position will include completing a regular service route, maintaining your WSDA operator’s license through regular education, and maintaining a high level of customer service and quality standards that Eastside’s customers have come to expect!

- Valid WSDA Commercial Operators License
Typical day as a Pest Control Operator:
- Drive safely and responsibly
- Set yourself up for success by prepping in advance
- Arrive at your first appointment at 8am
- Communicate with our customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email or text using empathy and understanding to help solve their pest issues
- Communicate effectively with your manager, teammates, and other departments
- Installing SMART electronic rodent monitoring systems
- Apply pesticides and clean and re-bait protection stations at residential and commercial locations
- Perform exterior evaluations for pest activity, conducive conditions, and limited WDO inspections
- Inspect Attics and Crawlspaces
- Keep your assigned work materials and tools in clean, and working order
- Record accurate digital notes promptly for each customer
- Completed the work assigned to your schedule each day
What do you need to be able to do?
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ability to carry and operate a 2–4-gallon sprayer
- Ability to install electronic devices
- Ability to safely work from heights and in confined spaces
- Must undergo pre-employment criminal background check, driving record check, and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license and insurable MVR
- Work on weekends and evening as needed to meet applicable deadlines

What does it pay?
- Hourly rate: $28-$35 per hour, depending on experience.
