Licensed Plumber

Description

Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electric is searching for a Licensed Service Plumbers for our Rockwall and Ft. Worth shops. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the residential plumbing business. The main focus is to ensue plumbing repairs have been done properly and reduce/eliminate the potential for water damage or other potential liabilities. 

Responsibilities

· Diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately and perform plumbing services

· Strong residential plumbing service experience and strong trouble shooting skills

· Repair and replace Water Heater

· Installing and replacing all residential plumbing fixtures and systems (Faucets, Tubs, and Toilet).

· Repair and maintain plumbing systems by replacing washers, mending bust pipes, and cleaning clogged drains

· Competent use of conventional sewer machines

· Comply with federal, state, and local building and plumbing codes

· Meet weekly with Plumbing Service Manager to discuss work orders, parts, concerns and goals.

Requirements

Requirements:

· Current TSBPE License: Tradesman, Journeyman or Master License, no Apprentice positions available at this time. 

· 2+ years of residential plumbing experience

· Exhibit an in-depth knowledge of and understanding of the Plumbing trades

· Valid Texas Driver’s License and clean Driving Record

· Must pass a Background Check 

· Clean, neat and professional appearance

· Excellent customer service skills

· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

· Excellent conflict management skills

· Excellent leadership skills to enhance team productivity 

· Strong attention to detail and to manage multiple tasks and assignments

· Team player with "can do" attitude

· Good computer skills: knowledge of Service Titan or compatible, Excel, and IPad. 

Able and willing to work on-call schedule: nights, weekends and holidays as needed
