What You’ll Be Doing (Day to Day)
As a Licensed Plumber, you’ll be trusted to handle skilled plumbing work across county facilities. Your role will include:

1. Installing new plumbing systems and repairing existing ones
3. Maintaining and improving plumbing infrastructure to keep facilities running smoothly
5. Creating and following preventive maintenance schedules
7. Responding to service requests and troubleshooting issues as they arise
9. Performing inspections and specialized testing, including backflow preventers
11. Estimating time and materials for jobs and tracking what’s used
13. Installing fixtures, piping, and new plumbing equipment
15. Obtaining permits when needed and ensuring all work meets building codes
17. Working safely and professionally under the guidance of a Licensed Master Plumber
19. No two days are exactly the same, and your skills will be used and appreciated.

What We’re Looking For
 

1. A current Journeyman Plumber license
3. Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems
5. Strong knowledge of building codes and safety practices
