LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

Burnett Medical Center is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in our Clinic.

This position is a benefit-eligible position, including health, dental, vision along with employer paid life insurance and short-term disability insurance. We offer PTO and up to a 3% match for our 401k retirement plan.

SHIFT & HOURS:
0.9125 FTE or 73 hours per pay period; Days with some evenings and some rotating Saturdays.

JOB SUMMARY

The Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Medical Assistant administers care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of assigned physician or mid-level provider. Answers phones, enters orders, and performs medical necessity checking.

Requirements

Graduate of an approved vocational/technical school.

Possesses a current Wisconsin license or certificate.

Possesses a CPR card.

Excellent assessment skills, exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

Epic experience a plus.
