Licensed Practical Nurse

Pay Range: $22.00 - $31.00 / hourly + $15,000 Sign-on Bonus

·      Shift Differentials: $3.00 / hour for Nights and Evenings

Licensed Practical Nurse Opportunity:

• Permanent, direct hire position 
  


• Full time or Part time, Evenings and Nights Available
  


• Schedule: 3 PM – 11 PM or 11 PM – 7 AM
  


• Setting: Long-term Care Facility
  


• MedSurg, ER, and ER Float positions available for the Hospital
  

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:

• Licensed Practical Nurse will collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans
  


• Licensed Practical Nurse will educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care options
  


• Perform phlebotomy and other diagnostic procedures as needed
  


• Licensed Practical Nurse will maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
  

Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:

• LPN License
  


• BLS Certified
  


• 1+ years of Acute care or LTC experience preferred 
  


• Open to New Grads
