Description of the Role:

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for our location in Macomb, MI. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to patients in their homes and support them in daily activities.

Responsibilities:

Assess patients' health status

Administer medications as prescribed

Assist with personal care needs

Document patient information accurately

Collaborate with healthcare team members

Requirements:

Current LPN license in Michigan

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently

Strong attention to detail
