Job Description - Licensed Practical Nurse

We are looking for a compassionate night shift RN to join our growing team! The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide outstanding quality care to our residents.

7pm-7am FULL TIME or PART TIME night shift available!

Responsibilities

Coordinate patient care activities to ensure optimal outcomes

Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care / services for residents in accordance to their care plan

Supervise the performance of nursing assistants

Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by the patient’s physician

Provide effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing, or vocational nursing

Current state license as an RN

Proof of current CPR certification

Compassionate, friendly demeanor

Excellent communication skills

Current driver’s license and reliable transportation
