Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - The LPN will provide & assist in direct patient care and will also provide medical management of patients alongside with our in-house team of physicians. Document patient care, ensure that data is accurate, & that it is included in the master treatment plan via timely nursing care plan updates.

Education/Training:
Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.

Licensure/Certification:
Valid Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of PA
CPR certification.
